What color do you suggest? The blue letter is because of hyper link.

    maybe gray like the letterhead.

also, when clicking on "contact us" change the order
    1) the email address
    2) the phone number
    3) the mailing address (remember people doing the digging are doing it on the 'net and may not want to scroll to the bottom of that page to find the email address to get ahold of you).

other than that, not a lot to add.

I concur with Jim. Grey would look good. Anything that keeps my eyes from bleeding is an improvement

The changes do look better and I thank you for the suggestions.

    under "contact"\

    for "mailing" and "shipping"

I would put the complete address (as redundant as that seems)

and I am not sure that I would place the fax # at the top, but if you get a steady stream of faxes, then it's at the right place.

good to hear we had a positive impact on something.

    Here's some suggestions...

    1) Change the menu font. That style is not a good idea for the type of site you present.

    2) Shrink the font size and spacing to make all the rollovers fit without having to scroll down

    3) Create a different image for each one that changes color/size/whatever so that when you rollover, you can easily see which item it is instead of just a finger point

    4) If you're going to stick with frames, redo the pages and make the fonts smaller, put pics side-by-side (for example) so you don't have to scroll just off screen and see nothing. In other words, go for a target resolution size and make sure stuff fits inside it unless there's easily more than enough to have to scroll down. The home page is a good example of putting the text above the pics and laying out the pics side by side and still fit in a horizontal width.

    5) Almost all your font sizes on pages are too big. Also making them all center on each line makes it harder to read. Try using a left alignment and indent if necessary. It looks better in my opinion.

    6) Add your primary phone number as a font also in front of the skype link and make it larger.

All in all, if you have never really done much web design, it's not that bad. Functional more or less but could look more professional.
