    The product is good. But...the support in case you need a part for it...is terrible. I personally have been asking the guy running the company to supply to me two spare canopies and still after almost a year cannot get what I need. In fact I will soon place a claim to any consumer web site around as this is what he deserves. Pity because the product is good.

    My dear friend, I am strugling for over a year now to buy two spare canopies from Mark and he simply ignores me. Yes the product is good but a product with no support is it really good? Bought once and the next will be either another brand or far prefarably my own make. Who knows...maybe I become strong competitor of Mark; by the way I am in a country where his patent is not valid.
    The guy is not correct and I do not like to deal with these guys. I repeat the product is good as you also say but not one more cent to Mr. Mark.
