2009 suzuki m50c passenger seat options
Hi every one I'm new to this forum and looking for some advice. I just purchased a 2009 suzuki m50c which I'm really happy with. The riders seat is comfortable for me for long rides but my wife complained about the passenger. Does anyone know of a place I can purchase just new rear seat to make it a bit more comfortable. I have also thought of trying a gel pad for her but I think she is looking for a little more width.

If I remember correctly. The offerings from Saddlemen, are a bit wider than everyone elses seats.

none of the aftermarket rear seats are designed to work w/ the stock front. mustang, corbin, saddlemen all make better seats and are available off the rack. russel and your local upholstery folks can reform the stock rear.
i have the mustang. its definately bigger than the stock. cant tell you if its comfortable as the only thing that rides there is my tail bag.

these should give ya an idea of how big the rear is on the mustang wide tour.

Mustang uses proprietary hardware for their seats so it will not fit the OEM as stated. Width wise I'm at a loss but maybe a thick sheep skin over a gel pad?

Eh...some Gorilla Glue, Plywood, a couple of clamps, some old pillows, and about twelve hours, and I bet we could figger her out!
