    Windshields

Hey guys i have a 2007 honda shadow Aero 750, I'm trying to find a windshield for it, i'm about 5'10. I wanted to get one that i could take on and off easily. Can anyone recommend a brand? I also know i could buy it online, but where would be the best place to buy a windshield in person?

    thanks,

Pretty much no place sells motorcycle windshields except motorcycle shops.
Don't restrict yourself to your brand of bike though.
Check other brands and independent shops; some may discount the parts or labor or both.

I am running the National Cycle Street Shield EX currently on my Mean Streak and it does the job. I think if I were in the market to buy one today though it would probably be a Memphis Shades sportshield (there are several sizes and shapes) just because they are so much easier to take on and off.
Mean Streak: Vance&Hines Big Shots, Mustang Vintage Sport Seat, Kuryakan Iso Grips, Iso Pegs, Custom World Highway Pegs, Cobra Mini Sissy Bar.

M50: Vance&Hines Cruzers, Debadged, Delumped (Seat) SOLD

+1 on the switchblades. i have the defender and 2 up. because most of the time the 2 up is just too big. but i like the xtra protection on long highway runs. time to switch between them 15 seconds.

whatever you do skip the bar mounts. and i recommend quick release.

    Jadex1,

I'm not sure about a place in person, as I don't know where you live. However, you can find removable Honda sportbike windshields online that should fit your height and your Aero750. In terms of recommended brands, Memphis Shades is highly regarded in the industry and builds pretty durable windshields. You definately don't want to purchase one that will only work for a couple months (or worse even break down while riding). Hope this helps!
