    Hey intense....it is a Memhis PopTop.......Solar....No hardware....When I bought it.....I bought 2 shields...and one set of hardware.....I had this poptop on it...but the guy that bought my bike wanted a bigger shield......sold the bike with the other shield on it....hardware went with it.

    You can pick up hardware from Motorcycle Superstore.

    50 plus shipping and it's yours.
