with all the heated gear out on the market, the riding season will last longer, as long as roads are clear and dry.
There is a guy that heads into work (or where ever) the same time I do. He has no wind screen, wears a beenie helmet, chaps, and a jacket that does not look like a motorcycle jacket. I don't know how he does it. He doesn't even wear a face mask. If I had cruser, I would still have to wear a full face in the winter when it is 30 deg. I'll stick with my textile jacket and pants that keep me nice and (somewhat) warm and my full face helmet to keep my face from freezing off.
I ride cruisers. I wear FF AND a mask in winter.
