My Dad is looking to sell his HD, what's it worth?
It is a low mileage (less than 7K IIRC) 2005 Screaming Eagle CVO Fatboy. All stock, one owner, excellent condition. Based on what I have seen on eBay, I'm figuring between $15,000-$17,000. That about right? He's looking to sell and wants me to set everything up and I need to get an idea for what it's worth. Thanks for the replies!

In this market, on private sale, I'd take any offer over 15. From a dealer, more like 17 or 18.

Sad to say I agree, that was a pricey bike new ($27,995) but the market is a mess at this point in time.
Add to that the newer bikes are six speeds now and the new CVO's are 110" motors so the CVO103" has lost some of the appeal it had since any '07 and later 96" bike is just a bore kit away from a 103".

Just a quick followup ... sold the bike for $17,025 on eBay ... after fees, cleared around $16,850. Buyer was semi-local and a great guy.
