US 101 Olympia, WA to San Diego, CA

I've searched the web and this forum looking for motorcycle rides to or from Olympia, WA to San Diego, CA. I'm sure there is some information some where, but where?

I'm interested to riding 101 from WA to Southern Ca perhaps next summer. If anyone has information or has made the trip, or any part of it, will you please share?
