    Ranting

Since we all like to hijack threads i figured I'd just make a rant thread and rant about a few things I see during the course of a day...

First.. McDonald's.. not them in particular but the stupid woman in front of me on her cell phone yacking at someone and not paying any attention to anything around her. She holds up the line several times because she is oblivious to everything.. ONLY to get up there and get a diet coke and a large cup of coffee.... thats all.. I hate her..

so far.. thats about all I have..

    Thank you..

(Scott..aka.. busaboy.. 2008 Presidential Candidate..) "I will kiss your babies!"

I walk the stars on my way home..

Ok, Ok, I've got one. How about when you are at a traffic light with 2 lanes.
You are in front, in either lane, and someone makes a point to get in the empty lane. Fine, no big deal. The light turns green, and that person sprints out ahead of you, and you aren't dawdling either. You're thinking, "Great, I have a rabbit in front of me to run interference!". Only to have that person settle in anywhere from exactly the speed limit, to 5-10mph under it.

Like Dude, what in the hell was your point in getting out front, if you are going to turtle it?

Or when you're walking out of Wal-Mart and in the corner of your eye you see it but it's too late- the makeshift donation table and the squad that's manning it. Someone's already walking up to you to ask for some money that reminds me of moralized begging. Some of them are pretty cool but most of them get downright irritating and try to politely guilt you when you don't readily whip out your wallet and start handing over the paycheck.

I go by the local Credit Union.. they have sitting out front a White LE Busa that they must have repo'd.. this thing has a cracked front fender, and was laid down on the right side nearly destroying all the fairings.. they wanted 7,500 for it.. WHY? who knows what else is wrong with before they where able to steel it back from its owner.. dumb....

The Chevy HHR...it offends me. I have no explanation for it...it just does. I mean COME ON GM! The PT cruiser was released what, 10 years ago? maybe more? And you're coming to the table NOW?

    Actually, let's ammend this rant...

DOMESTIC AUTO MANUFACTURES (I own an F150 so I'm allowed to talk)

You cry foul and close plants all over the country because asian manufacturers (being built in north america I might add) are taking away your business....HOW BOUT BUILDING A PRO-ACTIVE AUTOMOBILE? My wife and I spent the last 2 months shopping for the perfect vehicle for our current and upcoming lifestyle....we ended up buying a freaking Kia RONDO!??!? WTF?

The worst part? It's a better car and I like it more that the domestic competitors.

    Okay....deep breath...I'm okay

I think that's a universal rant right now, Geoff. Agreed.
