When God rides, he rides in Scotland. I know this for a fact, because people often confuse him with me..!!
Happy Veterans Day. Thank you to all who have served and those currently serving.
Over here we honour the cease fire of WW1 on 11/11.
Also we observe a national 2 minute silence at 11 o'clock to remember those that have fallen in conflicts throughout the world in the constant war against tyranny.
Our formal parade is on sunday.
So to you all over there, Happy Veterans Day.

Ride long and prosper !
I think about my six years in the Navy every Veterans Day. Thanks folks!
at the risk of being selfish, I really appreciate the veterans out there and consider myself pretty lucky that the draft was no longer in force because we managed to have a "professional army"
It's almost hard to believe the end of ww1 is almost a century ago; just this summer at EAA in Oshkosh, they celebrated 100 years of naval aviation.
Thanks, and you're welcome.
Sometimes you need to ask yourself, "WWGD?"...Just be awesome, that's all!
