Jesus Ken, that looks like a Transformer
As long as it's not them that has to pay, no one really minds the debt.

Yea I gotta admit, the "cool" factor swayed me a bit.

The models before 2014 get a lot of bad "press" but I like this '11 better than the brand new ones I rode.

Get to bring it home next week.......and try to figure out how to best fit it in the garage.

Well, congrats, Ken! Hope you enjoy the ride.

(If you seriously would like a Spyder section, I'll set one up. Might want to see if VS has a forum for them already though....)

EDIT: They do: can-am Spyder forums - spyderTalk.com (you had to know they did, right? )

Wait.....that's not the one that I found.

http://www.canamspyderforums.com is also a part of the "family".

Not much traffic there; I even offered to MOD.

No need to add one here......unless somebody else speaks up too.

I suppose that with all the acquisitions over the years, there's probably numerous duplications of topic! That was just the first one I found on the VS Home Page. FF had several Ducati sites, and VS had several when I/we joined them!

Let me know if you need a reference over on either one!

    Check.
So far one seems to have very low traffic and the other appears to be well run already.

Getting full validation on Spydertalk seems to take a while (apparently requires manual intervention).

    Not really.
    It's used....2011.....with 5K miles.
    About half the new price.

I have been taking the Vulcan in a trailer behind my RV for NASCAR trips and would need a bigger trailer for the Spyder......that might not fit length wise is some 40 ft camping spots.

The solution is to keep the "old" Vulcan and trailer too......for a while.
