And IMHO, considering your size, I have to agree with Rickster.
There are plenty of bigger powerful bikes out there that handle
better than most of us can come close to rideing near their potential.
Kawasaki ZX12/14, Suzuki 'busa / Bandit, Honda CBR1100XX and ST11/13,
Kawasaki Conie 14...The list goes on and on.
Glad you're happy with what you bought tho.

It's been a while since the last time I was here. Man this site surely looks different.

Had original tires when I pick it up and though they were showing wear they were still in great shape. But I replaced them anywho. It is bone stock minnus a K&N air filter. It has some road rash on the upper farring (on the rim of the windsheild) looks like someone dropped it while going slow. I found a upper farring for $115 or a whole plastic set for $450 shipped (OEM color and decals)
All in all I am VERY happy with my purchase I know the bike can scare the %%%% out of me if Im not careful (plenty enough power). Also until my new plastic arrives what couple little flaws it has can't been seen from 10 feet...
Now I need help with finding a jacket. Anyone have any ideas on "big guy jackets"?
Most of the high-performance R-bikes are not that hard to ride, right up until when the RPM hits 8000.

Yep thats her. I have around 500 miles on her now and still grinnin' ear to ear everytime I get off it. Still not much luck with a jacket though...

No experience with the "sportbike" style jackets but leatherup has some decent prices and a good selection especially for people in your size range. The more common large and XL sizes tend to be on back order with the popular styles so you may find a deal thats perfect for you. Another nice site is Motorcycle Gear | Sportbike Track Gear. They have a good selection along with video reviews on many items. Once you find what you like check around for prices and pull the trigger. Good luck and grats on the new bike, ride safe.
D
Whoops, just saw the date...Hope your not still riding without a jacket but if so...
