Katana750 won't turn over

Was on a slight hill bike rolled forward and kickstand gave out. It broke the edge of the clutch handle. Bike was perfect beforehand. Now lights dim but no turn over of engine. I have checked kickstand safety switch and clutch safety switch, both appear to be OK. Any other ideas?

Need more details.
How long was the bike down?
Does the light normally stay ON while the starter is running?
What about the kill switch?

Anyhow, it sounds like a battery problem, just on the surface.
There could also be a "tip over" switch that needs to be reset.

I suppose it is even possible that the cylinder is full of gas or oil and you have hydro-lock.

What model year is it......and do you have a manual ??
