New Helmet Wanted

I was hoping someone would recommend a great helmet.
I don't want nothing where I need to take a loan out on to get but works well.
I kind of like the idea of having the extra tint visor behind the main.
Anyone have issues with these?
Want something that breathes easy so doesn't cook me brain any more.

Wear an Arai. DOT and Snell rated. Full facemask/shield, plenty of vents. I have never had any issues with my head feeling hot, even in 90 degree weather.

I like Scorpion helmets.

They're not too bad with noise and you can get the everclear sheilds so it doesn't fog up.

I've had mine for several years now...and it's been great. Much better than the KBC I had which the salesman threw into the sale for free. About a $50 value.

Anyone try the flipup or nodular helmets?
Just curious if worth getting.

I have a HJC flip face. The cheapest model they make and really like the convenience. After having the HJC for a while I tried on a Shoei flip face. The Shoei fits my head shape like a helmet custom made for my own head. When the HJC is 5 years old a Shoei will be it's replacement. A Shoei is not that expensive amortized over 5 years.

I went with the Scorpin 900.
It fits well and has good ventilation as well.
