    Motorcycle Riding Guide mobile app

    Hello All,
My name is Mike and I've been riding motorbikes for over 5 years now (the proper ones at least). Currently it's my beloved '06 R1. We are also working on a small mobile app startup with my mates, and as we are all riding bikes we thought that we would like to make something for bikers - a motorcycle riding tips/guides (at least for a start). We have just released a free beta version on Android (Apple is a bit picky when it comes to apps that are not finished so no iPhone version yet). For now it contains some basic riding tips and guides but we have some advanced content ready to be added, based on a very helpful book 'A Twist of the Wrist' and our own experiences, but we would love to get some feedback before we dive deeper into this idea. The app can be downloaded from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...d=com.fbs.moto, please let me know if anyone would be willing to help us out and provide some feedback/suggestions.
    Thanks, Mike

Re: Motorcycle Riding Guide mobile app

Nice idea! A couple suggestions to make the app more experienced rider friendly like...

A "good rides in your area" link where you could look at a map of your area that shows recommended twisties and scenic routes?

Or helmet requirements by state for when traveling?

    Training program links?

    Or non-ethanol fuel locations?

    Motorcycle dealer search?

    Organized ride lookup?

Thank you very much sir! Much appreciated, will definitely try to implement some of the ideas if the project goes ahead.

Downloaded the app. Very nice start. Left a rating on Google play.

Definitely more of the rider education angle. Great companion idea for someone with a learners permit.

Maybe include a link for more information. For example, in the section discussing safety equipment, maybe a link to nhtsa helmet guidelines, etc.
