My C90 is a 2001 carb model and i get around 50mpg at a steady cruising speed around 60.
I would have thought that once yours is run in it will exceed 50mpg but maybe wrong.
50mpg is pretty good. I think after another 500/1k miles I might steadily see 45ish. I'm getting 41mpg and its like 30-45degrees out, during summer I can prob get another 3-4mpg.
I would say 50 mpg is awesome. I get 43- 47 mpg on my M50. It varies depending on my right wrist. Haven't seen above 50 mpg since I was breaking it in. Of course it's not stock anymore either. e
LOL I have a 2009 C109RT....I get about 32mpg. Oh but so much fun when I twist that grip! Maybe if I could stay out of the throttle I would get a bit better mileage. My bike weighs in at around 800lbs and has the biggest pistons of any gasoline engine on the road today....guess 32mpg aint to shabby. Although at the end of last years ridding season I gave it a full synthetic oil change. I think I noticed a slight improvement between last two tanks before I ended the season. I will have to recalculate in the spring and see if the synthetic had a real impact on mileage.
no matter how I slice it this is far ahead of my zx14R with dump pipes. I was able to blow through half a tank in like 8 miles going full tilt
Sufferin' succotash!!!! You must be in heaven with your mpg now.
06 C90 and avg 37-40 mpg
Must be how we ride or when we shift. I get low to mid 40's with my 109 and have hit 47 a couple times. Mostly high 30's to low 40's when I'm alone. About 38 with Becky with me. Now my M50 got me 50's quite often. I don't baby my bikes either. With my 109, I ran 80mph on a trip to Des Moines 2 years ago with a blast of 125 for about 10 miles and pulled off 44mpg.
As long as it's not them that has to pay, no one really minds the debt.
I'm getting around 39-40 mpg which surprised me as they said the usual mileage is around 35. It's pretty much the same mileage on my 06 C90T.
I don't care if it's the unholy four, John Wayne and Dorothy Lamour
I just don't wanna talk to him now......
