    2007 c50t saddlebag mounting?

    Hi new guy here.. Just bought a 2007 c50t which the po had removed the saddlebags along with other things to store the bike..She the lost the bolts needed to reattach them. Can someone tell me what size are those bolts? Thanks for your help

    I just added saddlebags to mine, but they were a hard mount with special adapters. I can tell you the bolts will be a metric bolt, M8 1.25 - (that's diameter and thread measure). What I'm not sure about is the length. I retained the original bolts that came with the bike (which weren't being used with saddlebags). I could measure those, but they may not be long enough if you are planning to use saddlebag brackets that will require longer bolts.

    The good news is that you should be able to pick them up at a nearby hardware store pretty cheap.

    The stock bolts are M8-1.25 x60mm

    So if the brackets are 10mm thick, you would want M8-1.25 x70mm bolts

    thanks for the help, i figured it out and even came up with a method so that I can easily and quickly remove the bags and leave the bolts, brackets, and sissy bar in place.
