    Question S50 tire size upgrade?

    I have a 2007 S50 and I've been wondering what the largest size tires width wise I can fit on the factory spoke wheels? I still want it to be rideable. Best tire choice for minimal distance driving? I might even like to get white walls since my bike is white. Might look cool?

    Original sizes are as follows:

    Front = 100/90-H19
    Rear = 140/90-M15

    I don't think there is enough clearance for the front because of fender but the rear can go as large as 150, before your rubbing, with 1/8" left on each side. Not much room in there.

    Double check with your mechanic, mine told me it'll fit but now he has backed out said the rear (150) got stuck installing it. So now he has to order new 140.
    Sorry my mechanic is an idiot.

    Ok, finally getting bike back today. Had some things done to it...so as far as the back tire goes my mechanic struggled and said he had to "cheat" something to do with the bead and letting air out installing it. Still not sure what he meant but good news the larger bridgstone 150 did go on with very little room left. But its on. He said it looks meaty lol

    Everything rides smoothly, no issues riding over bumps. Also looks good.
