    Flasher relay

Does anyone know if the M-50 flasher relay is a two wire or three wire?

The turn signal relay is of the two wire type, but it's not that easy.
The relay itself it actually the turn signal/side-stand relay.
It's located under the secondary gear case cover

I had to modify the wiring a bit when I put the signal minder on. Instead of
cutting any wires, I just pulled them from the harness connector

    bigred, thanks!

volcntry, are you going to replace the stock flasher to correct flash rate? i'm considering the flasher @ trickflasher.com. they'll even program a custom pattern for an addl fee.

    Blue,

Possibly. I talk to Jon at Custom LED and he said they didn't have access to an M50 to know if it was a two wire or three wire. So I was going to pass the info on.

volcntry, well with bigred's drawing it looks like 2-wire and you can just hard-wire the turn-signal wires going in to our turn-signal/side-stand relay unit to Jon's product. i like the trick flasher so probably going with that myself. be sure to post whatever you end up doing, ok? cooool
