    In general, no.
    Too "spirited" and too easy to go faster than you should.
    Don't believe everything that you think.

    Sadley ER is correct...they dont call these machines crotch rockets for being in the UK the insurance will be a killer esp if you are a young inexperienced rider. Here in Au we have what is called LAMS bikes...these are machines that are restricted to a lower horse power and thus cheaper to insure...although insurance is non obligatary here as the basic cover is in the road registration.
