Hi all-
This is my first post.
I bought an 06 Roadliner this past April and I have been loving it! I have a little over 3,000 miles now.
My issue is that 4 days ago I fired her up to run some errands and it started, but then stalled and the instrument cluster went blank. Needless to say, I was not happy. So I took my cage (aka car) on the errands instead and when I returned home took a look at the bike. I tried the keys and the cluster was still blank, :fight2:, then I checked the fuses and they were all OK, but I figured maybe I should try the bike again. Well apparently removing the fuses worked and the bike was running fine. However, yesterday the same issue happened, I put the keys in and the gauges all did there thing with cycling through their ranges and then they went dead. This time I was at work though… so I tried pulling the fuses again and putting them back in. That fixed the issue again and I was able to drive home. I now have the bike being checked out by the ‘professionals’ and I am waiting to hear their diagnosis.
Do you folks have any thoughts?
At the very least this is something for you guys to be aware of as well. Has anyone else suffered something similar?
Thanks!
