    My friction zone moves

2006 V Star 650 with only 4500 miles on it. I installed the Clevver, but the friction zone moves during a 30 mile ride. I start out with the friction zone near the end of the clutch lever travel and by the time I get to work, the friction zone is almost all the way to the grip. With only 4500 miles, does it sound like I need a new clutch cable already?

if it just started happening after installing the clevver, i'd guess that there was some slack in the cable that needs to be adjusted out

What is that and why did you put it on ?

Might be a good idea to put the stock lever back on just as a test.

Any chance there is something loose with the new mechanism ??
Don't believe everything that you think.
