  1. I Got Sensitive Ears and I Need Help

    New Member Pitstop
Welcome to the forum. I have tinnitus in my right ear, but found mine would not ring when plugs were in my ears. The combination of plugs and a good helmet should take care of your wind noise, if not try adding a windshield.

The owners mannual says to adjust every 4000 miles or six months, as you say. My bike was serviced at 16,000 and only has 17000 on her now. I'll have to get a service manual or google the procedure. I did get a two year warranty on the engine and tranny.

Thanks, I broke horses when on the farm as a youth, have always thought of motorcycles as Iron Horses. Out here in Tucson you sometimes see bikes with actual western saddles in place of seats on Harly's.

If you took that as a snide remark, how do you think I took it. For your info my parents had Harleys before I was born and up into my third grade in school. I have owned all the jap 750 at one time or the other and a 1977 Goldwing that I rode from Tucson to Jamesville, Wisconsin and back in...

I had several classes in the service, including the advanced course. Every ride is getting better, I plan to use a local parking area to practice emergency stops and slow speed maneuvers. This bike is lighter and more maneuverable than the Harley FLT I used to ride,

Welcome, I am a newbe also. Those 80 mph roads in Utah, Idaho, and Montana was why I bought a Suzuli M95. Figured the 1600 cc engine would handle two up on those highways with no problem. You shure have some sceinic roads up there. Keep her in the wind.
