If it is completly stock then you shouldn't be fouling plugs...Stock they are jetted almost perfect.

Look to see if you have worn out reeds.
Also check your kill switch is in good condition
Also check for improper float height it should be 6.5mm
If all this checks out then look for a worn needle valve

the RM's arent nearly jetted right. u arent giving it enuf revs, there jetted to give the right fuel when its revining hard, heres a test for u.
get the bike flat out in top gear wide open for a few seconds, put the clutch in and kill the donk, brake and pop the plug, it should be a nice tan colout ( and i reckon u will find it is :wink: )
but since u havent been riding it like ur sposed to ( flat out rev rev rev ) it isnt burnin the extra fuel and as a result fouling the plugs, i dont no the right jet sizes, but go down a size or two. :)
