hello everyone,i'm new to this board, i've been reading it for some time now, and i like it here cause i've found a lot of info that has helped me to be a better rider, anyways, i found a 1996 gsxr750 for sale in very good conditions and a lot of extras plus very good price, very well taken cared of, not a scratch on it, well this bike was his baby, you know..
what do you guys think of the 1996 gsxr750?
i like it but at the same time i think is too old.thanx and i'll appreciate any comments,

Well if you have no riding expierence, for your first bike i wouldnt recommmend it. There is no such thing as a GOOD price if you die riding a bike that was to much for a beginnner. I say if you are not a beginner then jump on however if you are stick with a used Suzuki GS500 or a Kawasaki Ninja 500 before you jump out there and get a ROCKET.

Good bike

I love any year GSXR (even the years when they weren't number one in terms of performance... okay, I'm a biased Suzuki rider, but I still love'em all).

If it's a good deal (or even a fair deal), go for it.

Again, like Novaz says, take care with it if you are not an experienced rider. Get a bike course in. Get a buddy who rides to take you riding in places where there is no traffic, etc.

You may think it's old technology, but it's only eight years ago that the bike was made and it's plenty of motorcycle for even an experienced rider.

I love this bike...
Was my brothers' in 1993. I'm really considering buying the exact same bike next spring. It's still a stunner in my eyes :D
