2000 suzuki boulevard c90

well put bike up for winter. took battery off and charged it every 2 weeks on a battery tinder. worked fine when put it in storage last year went to put battery on and start it now wont start any help out their will be greatful.

The following assumes that it will not start because the starter is not running and the engine is not turning over or it is turning over REAL slow:

First check the kill switch and make sure that you haven't forgotten part of the necessary starting procedure.......like pulling in the clutch maybe.

Lacking a voltmeter for some simple tests, you need a new battery.
They can, and do, fail while being serviced by a tender.
IF....you have a proper tender, there is NO need to disconnect it during your "down time".
And there is no need to remove the battery either if you have power nearby.
