i have one of a 2002 750. It will fit. Threads are bad in the pan so it will have to be tapped. If you want it let me know and you can have it for shipping costs.

I have the same problem the threads are striped And I don't want to tap it out, thanx for the reply though

Why are the threads stripping, are you guys changing your oil when its still hot or warm? Just want to know for information.

I stripped mine by overtightening it too much. From what my buddy that works at a cycle shop said was that the threads are thinner in these new pans and he has heard of a lot of people stripping them.

Gixxer: Look on ebay. I bought a used one off there for $20 and it was in perfect condition.
