Anyone know what the float levels are for the front and back carbs ?
Is there a pdf file floating around somewhere ?

Thank you,
Rick

Never mind. Bought a Service Manual. : )

For the rear cylinder, float height should be 26.7mm - 28.8mm (1.05 -1.13 inch). For the front cylinder 10.1mm - 11.1mm (0.32 -0.40 inch).

Because you have a pug for an avatar, PM me and I'll shoot you the PDF of the Clymer manual.

Never mind, just saw you edit.

I just got a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard S50 VS800 and I have a problem with the rear cylinder not running in idle.

I'm looking for the manual, I've seen you offered it as help, I'd highly appreciate if I could get that document.

Thanks in advance.

The idle circuits in those carbs are REAL finicky.
If a double dose of Berrymans B12 Chemtool doesn't help over a week's riding or so, cleaning by a professional might be required.
The professional needs to be familiar with that particular carb.
A general cleaning sometimes doesn't even get the right spots.

I cleaned the carb with B12, all the circuits are open and clean.
I need to adjust / verify the float level and redo the syncing.
I'm fairly sure I had a problem at least with the throttle being fully closed.
