I need help figuring out why my 2008 125 DR-Z Suzuki is bogging out and making a ticking sound when In higher rpm’s. It has a new carb. If I try to give it gas fast it will instantly bog out and turn its self off but if I slowly get on the gas it eventually Boggs and cracks and pops.

First guess:
Not enough gas or too much air.
Do you have a stock air filter on it ?
Vacuum leak ?
Plugged muffler ?

Are you keeping the choke about half ON until it warms up ??
