I recently cleaned my carbs and everything looks really great on the inside. After getting it all back together I turned the tank on prime and let it set for while and with the choke on full I tried to start the bike. It would not even remotly fire at all. I then manually primed the outer two carbs by injecting gas into the rear of the carbs. After a few cranks it started and ran almost fine. I know I have carb to sync everthing it runs a little rough. The bike however will not start without being primed even after it s warmed up. I even changed my float level to run a little high to make sure that was not the problem. I would understand it to run lean after it started because of a posible incorrect seal, but it won't even start on it's own.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
