Just got this bike and managed to get it running pretty good. After I fired it up the coolant resevoir plug shot out after about 2 or 3 minutes.

Pressure on the coolant system usually means a head gasket problem or maybe even a craked head. Just wanted to see if anyone might have some ideas on what esle could cause this problem.

some coolong systems are supose to have up to 18 psi, totally normal, it raises the boiling point of the coolant. For every 1.5 psi, the boiling point goes up 1 degree Celcius, the Canadian, acurate measurement.

I pulled the heades and turned out to be the head gasket. Got parts on the way and shoule be back up and running soon.
