Heres my situation. Just got a 93 GSXR 750, its nice but the motor is toast. My buddy just offered me a 2003 GSXR 750 complete engine so i am wanting to perform a swap.

I have fab skills and a tig so thats no problem but i was just wondering if its possible without major major work. I have no idea the size of the 03 engine and where the mounts are compared to the 93 engine.

Anyone ever done or heard of this done before. I need all the help and tips i can get. Thanks guys.

I don't know that I can be of much help other than to tell you that the main frame changed between those years so your mounts are most likely going to be nowhere near each other. Also you are going to have to put in the complete engine electronics including the CDI box so make sure you get those too.
