Does anyone know why the title says 1200 as the engine size and when I look up the vin it says this model has a 1340 engine displacement instead.

Thanks

Thanks! I'll check the engine next.
If it's a '93 it came stock with an 80"(1340cc) V-2 Evolution, no 1200cc (74") Harley engine is a direct bolt in for that bike.
74" (1200cc) was a common big twin size for a lot of years going back to the 1920's and 1930's but in the 1980's late Shovelheads grew to 80" (1340cc).
There was never a 1200cc Evo big twin,a Sportster is unit construction and in no way will bolt in an FL chassis.
Somewhere along the line the paperwork got messed up, highly doubtful anyone would do the mods required to put a Shovelhead in that Evo chassis.
