Hey, first off let me say I'm not a mechanic in any way, I recently purchased a 2019 Suzuki Boulevard S40, and I'm trying to learn about it, but I'm finding very little information about this specific bike online. I have seen tons of videos on adjusting shocks, most just show a guy turning a wrench at the base or top of the shock, or in some cases loosening or tightening a bolt, but on my bike I don't seem to see a place for the wrench, I only have a single tiny hole at the base of my shock, nothing for the wrench to grab onto... anyone know what I might be missing? Thanks in advance!

A "C" wrench is used for adjusting shocks. Just google "C wrench" and you'll see what that one hole is for.

And if you don't find one in the "tool kit" that should have come with the bike, then visit a dealer to get one.
