Does anyone know how to properly test the ignition magneto coil inside the flywheel? I have no spark and the secondary coil has been replaced. There is no CDI on the engine, just one wire primary wire from the magneto coil to the secondary coil. I don't have a service manual for this. Let me know if you can help.

Are you sure it is the coil that's causing the problem. I have heard of the magnets in the flywheel cracking and causing the spark to break up or become non existant.

Does anyone have the resistance specification for the coil on this model? I don't have a manual and I don't want to purchase one if I can get around it.
