I've been wondering the same thing since, what was it, Friday maybe? Gotta admit, I'm on there waay more than this one...I ride a Kat, what can I say. I don't think it was a money issue, as far as I know many members on there have been more than generous recently to help out. I'm hoping it's something as simple as option 3, I really like that site.

Nah I was a member of the site when I was looking at tha Katana 600 as a bike but anyway about 2-3 weeks ago I got an email from the owner asking for all the members to help pay for the site or donate to paypal to keep the site going.

Guess the Katana members didn't seem to care if the site folded, which it looks like it has.

Don't worry Katanaplanet will eventually be back. Katman, the owner also owns www.madisonsportbikes.com. He posted on there that Katanaplanet moved to a new server and is he is having DNS issues with the server. Hopefully it will be back soon. I would link you to the thread, but you would have to sign up for the site to see it so I didn't bother.

KP is all good its slowly coming back (homepage is up but no forums yet). On the plus side the lack of KP has got me finding more forums (this one ). So yea early next week possibly over the weekend KP should be back.....

looks like switch'n servers was a major problem. home page says it'll be back in a couple of days
