Hey dudes I need some help from anyone who has a bandit 1200. I need a couple of measurements and possibly a swingarm (probably)

If anyone can help I would appreciate it muchly. below is a pic of the beast I am putting it on and below that the measurements I need.

This '83 has many other yrs and models.
'88 gsxr 1100
'93 gsxr 750/1100
'02 sv1000
'03 cbr954
and now I want to add bandit to the list. Just need the numbers to see if it will work.

I can't help with the numbers ... probably your best bet would be to PM 87gsxrnut or Dave2122 - or post your question in the Mechanic's area ... but that is one fine looking bike! What did you use to get those pipes so shiny?

Well, I got out there and realized that there's no way I'll get you accurate measurements with the swingarm in the bike. You want Bandit guys? I'll give you Bandit guys!

I have the pivot point number about 220mm...very good, and the width at the tire about 10 inches. So what I need now is the width just behind the pivot shaft whre the arms are welded to the pivot shaft.

my problems are: 1. room inside my peg stays, and 2. I have a pivot arm at my brake pedal that the swing needs to clear.

If I could find a swing for 50.00 I would buy it like my other two gsxr arms that didn't work. But there seems to be far fewer bandit arms around.....

If you lay a 1200 and 600 swing ontop of each other...do they line up or is the 1200 swing wider? particularly in the first half of it(from pivot arm out)

I have clearance issues and the 600 works but I want a 1200 arm. if it is the same I can use it. the rest of it doesn't matter to me.

i know this isnt answering your question but im tryin to put a swingarm on my sv and im tryin to find out what other models are compatable with my 03 sv650s. if you have ne info i would appreciate it!
