Back in the saddle

A few years back I sold my Yamaha Maxim 750, and have regretted it ever since. I am in the market for a new Intruder 800, and hope to have it by my birthday (37th). I am a newbie to this forum, but not to bikes. I just wanted to say Hi to you all and I will be around a bit gleaning some info.

But my first and biggest task is to convince my wife that I absolutely have to have this bike! Not gonna be easy I know! I hope to meet some of you on the road in the VERY near future. Wish me luck on the wife thing. See ya 'round the boards!

My wife was tough to convince too. Remind her she doesn't have to ride with you. But when she sees how much fun you're having, and how you enjoy it, she just might come around. Then again maybe not.

I just found out today that I got approved to move in a nice new 2 story 3 bedroom house!!!

. The wife really wanted to move. So I said we can if I can get my bike in November. Well long story short..... I got a Tiller lined up for Nov. He He.... Give'er what she wants..... Get what you want. :bluethum:

It's good to see all this *LOVE* going around. And the guys get their bikes :lol:
