I have been using Permatex Chain Lube from NAPA Auto Store as my chain lube for my Ninja 250r, but I was wondering if there is something better? Any suggestions?

It is not that critical.
Modern chains have lube sealed inside the links where it really matters.
What you put on the outside really isn't that important.
Just don't let it get REALLY dirty or REALLY dry, meaning devoid of all lube. Dry lubes are OK.

I used MotoPro chain lube on my Ninja. 6 bucks at Cycle Gear, worked pretty well with minimal fling off.

Easy is right though, as long as you keep it from getting really dry, you'll be fine. I lubed it about once a month, or after a thorough wash. Never had any problems.
