I am rebuilding a set of 1980 Honda CB900 custom carburetors. I re-jetted them for pod air filters. I up’d the size of the pilot jet and the primary jet. I put the carbs back on the bike and now whenever the choke is off and the bike is warm it sounds like there isn’t enough fuel. Can anyone help me?

there are four circuits on the carb of this diagram. you changed the pilot and main jets. what about the idle mixture and needle height. i put blue tape on my throttle housing marked in quarter increments so i could tell which circuit was acting up.when i went to pods on my yamaha vtwin i changed the pilot jet only one size the main i bumped way up the mixture i doubled and raised the needle one size up.
