ok heres the to the point info (lots of notes) I gathered.. for those who care and those who just want to know..

First off just order the Barnett C50 Kit, it will come with springs that are stiffer and fit just fine.. i dont know who dropped the ball at Barnett and didnt realize that the clutch baskets are the same..

Stock spring pressure on the clutch basket unshimmed is 239LBS

w/ .30 shim its 246lbs
w/ .60 shim its 255lbs

Barnett springs unshimmed pressure are 275lbs

w/ .30 shim its 280lbs
w/ .60 shim its 295lbs
w/ .90 shim its 305lbs

(measured by taking all four springs together to installed height of 1.055 on spring tester)

You cant shim the stock springs .90 they will coil bind.. ive got all the dimension written down if anyone wants me to post them but i just figured id go straight to the point...

I think im going to run the 305lbs to ensure that the clutch doesnt slip.. Agreed?

How's the clutch pull at 305lbs?

Also I'd write an email to barnet and let them know your findings. NMc

actually not bad at all.. i think it goes to 370lbs or so squeezed but its no big deal.. it just sounds high.. but the main thing is that it worked.. its holding the power..

Hi did you every get this beast out to a grag park, what were your times?
Is there a dyno graph of the improvment in hp and torque?

Yeah there's a dyno several pages back. It's really a nice improvement. Somewhere around 50%.

Yea i did dyno it at the 5lbs of boost mark.. and then tried again with 8lbs but it blew through the clutch at 87hp.. since then ive fixed the clutch situation for the most part and raced another C50 that had been turbo'd that made 115hp and beat him pretty bad so.. i dont know..

Couldn't do that but I'd put in a bid on the PCV & auto tune.

Probably wont have one for awhile. Getting married.. dun dun dunnn.. lol j/k.. Wifey wants honeymoon somewhere out of the states and I want a SCAR-H as my wedding present to myself..
