Fitted a new disc and brakepads some 500 Km ago.
To-day I had a scraping noise from the front brake. The pad next to the piston was completely worn while the other was not even halfway. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong during installation?

Either you got something wrong or you have a stuck caliper. Does it drag when you push the bike? Some contact is normal, but if you can feel the drag, something's wrong. Does that bike have opposing pistons, or just on one side?

I would have to agree and say that you either need to rebuild the caliper or replace it.

When i put the scrwdriver inbetween the old brakepads to push the piston in this went easy. It is a 1 piston caliper and can be moved over the 2 pins of the stationar bracket. The brakedisc is from EBC with the holes for heat release.
