how much fun is it to be busted by the cops for dirtbiking.. not much. I was riding around at this college that has many dirtbiking trails in their woods and i came over this steep hill that goes over a road(powerlines). They continued for awhile and then i couldnt get up the hill on the one way home so i decided just to take it along side the road. Big mistake me and my friend got umm "pulled over" i guess. He was on his quad. Yea so they gave me a warning and told me to get the hell outa here. Yea i was telling people this and their like oh you should have ran. anyone done that? .. or um my dad told me once i was on the road i should have just pushed my bike and the cop wouldnt have stopped or anything.

In the State I live in even pushing the bike is considered illegal becuase it is an unregistered vehicle and does not belong on public roads. Back in the day I was a wise assed kid and said "well my by bycycle is not registered"
Needless to say that got my bike and I a ride to the Police Station were my dad had to come and get me. Stay off the roads as the old addage states "OUT OF SITE OUT OF MIND" is sooooooo true. Being on the road even with the bike off and being pushed is asking for trouble.

If you plan to keep your bike, I wouldnt try to run. They might not catch you that minute or even that day, but theyll catch ya. And your bike will be the next thing they sell at there next Police auction. Plus youll get a sweet fine and depending on how old ya are maybe some jail time and probation. It just isnt worth it. Ive been with some buddys a couple times that outrun cops on the crotch rockets and even in cars and they always get caught. Stupid stupid

yea i mean i've ran from the Campus Police before, which are basically "rent-a-cops". But this time it was Township Police and i definatly couldnt run.

yeah, youd get a little stiffer sentance from a real cop than the mall security campus patrol..lol

in england w always run from the po-po they cant catch a superbike, the other day we has a race from the lights, hit bout 110, in a 30mph limit, saw the old blues on a squad car behind so took a left down a small alley, just big enought for the bike to fit down, its was scary and fun and we got away

Do any of you have the trailbike cops patrol the trails you ride, down here we got around 500.000 hectares of forest and about 500.000 cops on XR 650's patrolling it coz of wankers on unrego'd bikes tearin it up.
