Im thinking about buying a 98 rm 125 for 1500$. The man selling it got it among other things in a trade for a truck, he knows vary little about the bike to the point were i told him it was an RM apon inspecting the bike. i noticed it had a gold series fatty pipe and some after market plastics.i plan on going back to test ride it next week and i was wondering if there are any noises or problems i shoild look for?

P.S. The seller said that dirt bike before 98 didnt have titles. Is this bull or is he right?

well.... my 97 RM125 that I bought about 2 months ago had a pink slip/title. paid 1600 for it .. black excel rims (old & a little faded) pro circuit pipe/silencer.

i just bought a '97 RM125 in january for 1400 $ it was in great shape all it needed was a back tire. it had an aftermarket exhaust, graphics and bars. when i bought the bike it did not have a title
