[BLVD]

Any M50's here? Can't notice any major diff in specs to my C50. What is the top speed, C50 seems to be 105. Can the m50 lift off the front wheel? :roll:

i hope the :roll: means you are being fececious.....otherwise this thread can just be thrown away.

the thread trini posted is the thread about my bike....but as for comparing the two i dont know much about the C so i couldnt help you there. specs are pretty much the same i know. the M is designed to look more "muscle" bike. the speedo is up between the hands on the bars, the black mag wheels and mostly black plastic covers make it more "stealth" as i call it. It also has the inverted forks (not sure if C does or not) for a little sportier handling capabilities.

I've got an M50, too (as Pinhy knows...). The C50 and the M50 have the EXACT same frame, engine/tranny, shaft drive, exhaust, FI, side covers.... the only difference is the front forks, tank fenders speedo and the handlebars/triple trees, rims & lights. I believe the M50 weights a little less. I can't tell you if the front wheel would come off the ground or top speed, I haven't broken mine in yet and am not about to risk screwing it up. Don't think I would try a wheelie anyway....

havent broken it in yet?? i had my 600 mile done before i had the bike 2 weeks and i have 1200 miles on it now. We are doing a ride down around Lake Okeechobee this saturday which is about 380 miles or so. of course you do have another bike to ride!

I haven't touched the Chopper since I got the M50, only because I wanted to use any time in the saddle breaking it in. Just been so busy with work and with all the crappy weather, I haven't had a chance to get out there much.

:mrgreen: GOT TO SIT ON 1 TODAY, FELT ALOT DIFF? I miss the wheelie, can't do much more than lift on c50. I'ask becuz I'm considering the m105 in '07. I guess I'll have to wait. I like the way the m50 looks-black out enginge and the rims are bitchin'. i was :roll: because I was seriously wondering. Thanks for responding. :cheers:
