I'm coming in from the CA line this Friday and was wondering if there were any reliable routes besides I-10? Thanks.

depending on what part of cali you are coming, there is the 8 from san diago, the 40 from the inland that goes to flagstaff, but the main one is the 10 from LA to PHX.. sry

Well you could hit AZ at Parker and take 72 down to 60 or just take 10 into AZ and hit 60 through Wickenburg and then 74 over to Scottsdale.
I've been that route on my bike,not much out there but it beats the slab IMHO for riding being a lesser traveled 2 lane.
