I just bought this 88 GSX 1100 Katana with 25K miles and brand new tires. The question I have for all the tire/handling experts out there is this: the new tires are the correct size, but different manufacturers. The front is a Michelin Macadam 90X and the rear is a Dunlop Sportsmax. They are both radials, but their tread pattern is different. Will this combination be OK or should I be concerned any? Thanks for your opinions.

Day to day street riding should be ok. But I wouldn't push it very hard.

If there is a serious problem you should be able to FEEL it way before it causes you any problems.
But it depends some on your riding style.
Screaming around corners at 90 might be somewhat different than cruising.
