on the GSXR, is there a way to drop the "pegs" about 1".

If I could drop the shifter and the rear brake pegs by 1" inch, I would get the perfect riding position....my legs are bit too high on the gas tank....I am 6"2

Hello mate another and easy alternative would be to buy adjustable rear sets. These move all foot controls in various directions. There any many different makes. I have Gillies. They are made in Germany ( I think) and very good quality. Hope this helps out!

Hahaha, yes its badass. Once you get the rear sets up higher, you are practically in fetal position when you ride. You could tie your shoelace. It's nice for sport riding, but quite uncomfortable for longer street trips.

I am 6ft tall and have ridden 700 miles from Northern France to Spain in 1 day and 2400 miles in 8 days around Europe with no fatigue problems. If you buy adjustable rearsets there are loads of adjustments and you can also set the gear selector so you have 1 up and 5 down (as per racers)
