does anyone know any good sites that can help me install frame sliders for my 2004 gsxr600 ? thanks

undo bolt, get longer bolt, install frame slider. you need no instrustion, just take a look at the upper engine mount bolts, remove and tada, you have the mounting point for your slider. it's really easy, I sugest against the offset bracket, they will bend or break upon impact.
