I have a 2000 GSXR750. Put in new wiring harness, new fuel pump relay, all fuses are good and yes key is on. Pump will not start or engage. Motor turns over fine, compression is there. All wires and plug leads hooked up. Any suggestions???

Well you seem to have eliminated everything except the pump itself. I suggest you remove it and test it.
